Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Van Driver/3.5Tonne Delivery Driver to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company that delivers a high-quality range of pre-made food products to offices, sporting events, hospitals, and universities nationwide.
As a Night Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of chilled, short-shelf-life products to customers across the retail and hospitality sector.
* Start times: Between 01:00-02:00
* Working Days: Monday to Friday (with some Saturdays required)
* Hours: 30-35 hours per week during the temporary period, increasing to 45 hours per week once permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the van is in excellent condition.
* Load and secure products safely at the factory for delivery.
* Complete an average of 40 multi-drop deliveries per night.
* Accurately complete all required paperwork and logs for each delivery.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the van at all times.
* Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to guarantee all deliveries are fulfilled correctly.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines in the warehouse, on the road, and at customer locations.
* Take additional orders from customers at delivery points.
Requirements:
* Proven experience driving long-wheelbase vans.
* Previous experience in night-time multi-drop delivery is essential.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
* No more than 3 points on your licence (No DR or TT endorsements).
* Must be over 25 years old (for insurance purposes).

Pay Rates:
* PAYE salary: £12.18 Per Hour + Holiday
