This hybrid role combines home-based flexibility with regular site visits, requiring a minimum of one visit per hotel per month.
The Role:
As the Cluster HR Manager, you'll report directly to the HR Director and lead the HR function across multiple hotels. You'll ensure company policies are upheld, core values are championed, and employee engagement remains a top priority.
This generalist HR role is diverse and hands-on, encompassing recruitment, training, compliance, and employee relations. You'll be instrumental in driving a culture of excellence while maintaining legal compliance and accurate HR records.
