This is a unique position for a creative and motivated marketing manager/coordinator with content creation abilities. This boutique property developer who are developing some of London's prime properties are looking for a highly organised and creative 'ideas' person who can manage their external PR and Marketing agencies; making sure everything is 'on brand' as well as providing content for their social platforms.
This client is looking for fantastic organisation skills, with the ability to think outside the box. You will be on-site, filming and photographing new developments; attending supplier meetings and event gatherings, and editing suitable content and creating stories that really promote the brand. On the marketing side you will be responsible for making sure external agencies meet deadlines and are fully briefed on deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for design coupled with the technical skills to produce high-quality content for various platforms. This role focuses on designing marketing assets, creating engaging content for internal and external use, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials. The candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across multiple platforms, coordinating campaigns, and enhancing their brand presence. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, organization, and a strong understanding of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
* Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates.
* Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and presentations that align with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create project-specific marketing materials.
Social Media Management:
* Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms.
* Monitor and engage with audience interactions to build community.
* Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Campaign Coordination:
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
* Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Track campaign performance and report on results.
Market Research:
* Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive activity.
* Provide insights to guide content and marketing strategies.
Brand Development:
* Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
* Propose and implement innovative ideas to strengthen brand identity.
Design:
* To design marketing content for social media, presentations, and brochures.
* Content for internal or external use.
* Confident designing in Canva or the Adobe suite.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing or content creation role.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Skills:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content scheduling software.
* Photography/videography skills are a plus.
