A background in handling complex ER issues, including ACAS conciliation and tribunal cases, along with solid experience in TUPE, is essential. Strong coaching abilities, commercial insight, and an analytical approach to problem-solving are also key. A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are required, as you’ll travel frequently between sites. Your expertise will guide them in areas like employee relations (ER), TUPE, workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and more. You will work directly with managers, coaching and advising to meet contract delivery objectives and tackle complex people issues, ensuring a seamless and legally compliant process.
