We are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our client on a fixed-term contract until August 2025. This is a full-time, hybrid position, ideal for someone with a passion for administration and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for all aspects of property lettings.
2. Manage tenant applications, references, and tenancy agreements with precision.
3. Handle enquiries and support both landlords and tenants with professionalism and efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
5. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
