We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Award-Winning client's fun, supportive team based in Hillington.
It is a full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries over the telephone, face to face, and online.
2. Work with customer care management system.
3. Manage customer orders and communicate with customers throughout their purchasing journey.
4. Liaise with external suppliers on behalf of the customer.
5. Work in collaboration with other departments to resolve customer issues.
About you:
1. 1 year Customer Service Experience (preferred)
2. Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
3. Forward thinking.
4. 'Can-do' attitude.
5. Articulate and confident in all channels of communication.
