The Maintenance Worker will help ensure thatall internal and external aspects of the scheme, including the fabric of the building, its furnishings and equipment are clean and well maintained to a high standard and will: Detail and work with a planned maintenance programme Identify and act on any repairs that are required Ensure the completion of repairs and maintenance activity personally or via contractors Collect and deliver items locally, including repair materials and furniture About The Candidate You will instinctively work in a manner that aligns fully with Salvation Army Homes delivery values and behaviours, demonstrating energy and passion, along with a positive, can do attitude in your daily contribution as a Maintenance Worker to transforming lives.
