The Role
1. You will work closely with the Creative Director and other creatives to produce impactful and unique design ideas
2. You’ll be developing and presenting your design ideas to clients and key stakeholders
3. Working with healthcare and pharma clients to create a range of designs from educational leave pieces and sales aids through to ground-breaking advertisements and web content
4. Acting as the lead digital designer for the agency you will need to liaise with external suppliers to ensure the client brief is achieved and delivered

5. You’ll have hands-on experience of digital design preferably for a healthcare agency and will have worked on brand and promotional projects / campaigns
6. Need the ability to take a design idea from inception through to delivery and be able to come up with your own conceptual solutions
7. Need to have core design skills but also a good practical understanding of UX/UI/CX – Understanding the customer journey and how this translates in a digital / omnichannel environment
8. Must be able to confidently present your ideas to stakeholders and clients whilst being agile enough to refine and adapt the designs based on feedback or changes to requirements
9. Are someone who is passionate and motivated about design and keen to develop yourself and others as the advertising landscape evolves and becomes more digitally focused
