Main duties of the job
As our General Manager, you'll lead an experienced and supportive Senior Leadership Team, with full P&L accountability. You'll oversee quality, operations, and commercial performance while shaping the Business Development Strategy to ensure a successful and innovative future.
In This Role, you will:
* Lead Strategically: Take ownership of the operational, financial, and strategic direction of the centre.
* Build Relationships: Collaborate with key external stakeholders, including the local ICB and Trusts.
* Inspire Excellence: Work alongside a supportive local and central team to achieve outstanding results.
