Senior Property Investment Sales Consultant - Manchester \nHybrid Working\nUp to 20% company revenue commission:\n10% comms - up to half your target\n15% comms - from half to your target\n20% comms - anything above target\n\nAs a Senior Property Investment Consultant you will qualifying new clients, managing existing clients, understanding their criteria, and matching their criteria with one of our listed properties with the hope of generating sales. The candidate will also be working with property investors, understanding their investment trends and finding the best high yielding properties within our portfolio to offer them.\n \nQualify new warm leads \nLearn and understand each development \nNegotiate Sales of residential property \nNegotiate the selling of property for investment purposes \nConduct viewings of residential property to prospective buyers \nConvert viewings to offers \nConduct over the phone sales for international buyers \nMeet agreed performance and sales targets \nWorking with the UK's leading property developers What you'll Bring:\n \nExperience in the Property Sales Sector \nIdeally in Off-Plan Investment Sales \nOther experience considered £30k + Commission (£80,000 + 1st year OTE)\nCommission: \n10% comms - up to half your target\n15% comms - from half to your target\n20% comms - anything above target\n\nAPPLY TODAY to be considered and a member of our team will be in touch.
