Mller has been an iconic household brand in the UK for over 30 years - transforming the world of yogurts and desserts to become the 8th most chosen FMCG brand, consumed by more than half of UK households each year.
Muller Yogurt & Desserts is the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer, boasting major brands such as Mller Corner, Mller Rice, Frijj and Mller Light. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.
A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as Senior National Account Manager responsible for Branded products. The role is based at our Market Drayton headoffice.
Job Purpose:
As Senior National Account Manager, you will apply your knowledge and skills across the branded portfolio and lead the team to deliver against ambitious targets. You will deliver market share value growth, develop customer engagement and relationships for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Be an inspirational leader, by demonstrating the 3 Es behaviour consistently and increasing internal networks and direct reports capability.
Execute SRM principles and demonstrate entrepreneurial agility to maximise commercial delivery within your accounts beyond budgeted levels.
World class customer relationships, which drive advantage group result improvements and greater networking and influence.
Manage and develop all direct reports so they have stretching personal development plans and deliver their KPls.
Be a customer and category expert. Bringing that knowledge into the Muller Business.
Ensure back of house intern and external admin/reporting is accurate.
Internal management of all support functions across Supply Chain, Marketing, Category, and Controlling to ensure efficient management of the customer internally and externally.
