The Role
The role as a Recruiter can be varied. Some of the tasks you would expect to complete on a daily basis are:
* Engaging and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and the phone.
* Cold calling clients to win new business.
* Client and candidate meetings.
* Arranging interviews with candidates and clients.
* Prepping candidates for interviews.
* Negotiating terms of business.
* Process and offer management.
Who should apply?
* Must be money and career motivated - yes, this is high OTE but it's also going to be very demanding. This role will be longer hours than many other trainee recruitment roles.
* Must be super career focused - there is big upside but this is still a start-up; it's going to be hard graft!
* Degree not required - but need to be a good communicator and commercially smart.
* No ego!
