Job description
GetFix Ltd has been established since 2014. We are a rapidly growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor that prides itself on delivering excellence in projects and services. You will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency to support in running our procurement and parts ordering processes.
Main duties and Responsibilities
* Receiving calls and directing or actioning accordingly
* Liaising with clients, site contacts and engineers daily
* Ensuring lead times are adhered to
* Placing supplier orders and plant hire orders to ensure successful completion of daily service and maintenance work
* Monitoring purchase orders raised and completed via CRM system
* Chase contractors for paperwork/supplies/updates as required
* Ensure key stakeholders are kept updated as required, verbally, by phone and by Teams
* Building and maintaining positive working relationships with operatives, supply chain, clients and suppliers
* Ensuring a consistent and positive line of communication with operatives, supply chain, clients and suppliers
* General administrative duties as business needs require.
Requirements
* Strong Office 365 knowledge
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A team player
* Flexible outlook within role and able to adapt to changes in tasks
* Confident with the ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload
* Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
* Educated to minimum of GCSE level
Desirable
* Previously worked in similar procurement role
* Previously worked within plumbing, mechanical and BMS industry
* Experience of using Big Change

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week, 8am-5pm
