A Day in the Life: As a Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of our QHSE function and will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s QMS, as well as acting as a key interface for Quality, with both internal and external customers. As part of your role, there will also be Inspection-related tasks which you are required to deliver.
Key Accountabilities:
1. The identification and implementation of quality improvement opportunities across the manufacturing site, branches.
2. Administration and resolution of Customer Complaints including RCA and CAPA.
3. The implementation and maintenance of process controls to support the manufacturing processes including creation and implementation of Quality plans, ITP, and SOPs.
4. Maintenance and analysis of data to communicate and improve key quality objectives.
5. Manage, monitor, measure and improve supplier quality performance.
6. Manage internal QMS and Process Audits to schedule.
7. Conduct Supplier and Branch audits.
8. Monitor, measure and improve internal scrap and rework.
9. Administer customer QHSE portals and questionnaires.
10. Manage the calibration system.
11. In collaboration with QHSE Manager, engage in H&S.
12. All other duties as required which may be relevant to the role, but which are not listed here.

Qualifications:
* Experience within a similar role for a minimum of 3 years
* UK Driving Licence
* Qualification background (Desirable)
