Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Advisor include:
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times
* Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions
* Provide feedback on customer service processes and procedures
* Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services
* Support the secretarial and business support department as needed
* Support the other managers on projects as may be required and lead the team in their absence
* Mentor and train new customer service representatives, sharing best practices and providing support
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Experience in a team leader/managerial role is highly desirable, but not essential
* A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Ability to work well in a team and individually
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Self-starter who is quick and adept at problem solving
* Be a confident, reliable and proactive individual
