Duties & Responsibilities:
1. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships.
2. Effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
3. Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy.
4. Owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation, proposal, close, and account management.
5. Managing internal and external relationships, including suppliers.
6. Ensuring retention and growth of existing business.
Experience & Skills needed:
1. Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. A proactive sales approach.
4. Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills.
5. Able to work with full autonomy, and manage own diary.
In return:
1. Basic salary £45k negotiable.
2. Uncapped commission paid monthly - double OTE £80k.
