Our role is based at our Cramlington office and offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in recruitment, customer service or sales to join a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities
* Client & Candidate Consultation: Offer expert advice and tailored support to meet the needs of both clients and candidates.
* Candidate Sourcing: Attract and identify candidates through networking, market research, and other methods.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in a competitive marketplace.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews - both over the phone and in-person to assess suitability for roles.
* Process Coordination: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, managing the interview and placement process smoothly.
