Your New Role:
Survitec now has an exciting opportunity for you to come on board as our new HR Shared Services Assistant in our Dunmurry office.
You will implement and perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping and handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What You Can Expect from the Role:
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements
* Organise and prepare complex documents.
* Deliver accurate and timely processing of timesheet information to support payroll process
* Create and ensure compliance with HR document management system
* Resolve queries from internal customers by providing appropriate employee information, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy and ensuring adherence to data protection and company data access guidelines
* Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently and on time
* Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills
* You will have the opportunity to develop in your role and will be placed on our HR Development Programme- Strategic Business Partnering and feel proud of the work you do.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have:
Essential Criteria:
* 1+ years of HR admin experience
* Task focused
* Organised
* Comfortable with learning new systems and educating leadership on how to use these systems
* Understands the full employee life cycle and can confidently administer the processes involved
