As part of our team, you will be connected to and have educational support in a practical setting during the course of your working day as you work alongside some of the Specialist Nurse teams that support our patients through their in patient and onward journeys of care. You will be encouraged to be part of our ongoing in house educational study events where we provide supported education around Respiratory and Complex Airway skills. We also aim to support at least 2 team members per year to undertake appropriate and targeted university modular learning to enhance your knowledge, expertise and professional confidence. Our team is commited to providing high standards of nursing care, and who demonstrate willingness to embrace challenging the norm. You should be able to work well within a large and diverse team and demonstrate your ongoing learning and development. You should be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC of the UK NMC Register, and be able to demonstrate evidence of postregistration experience.
