Registered Nurse (RN) / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) – Band 5
Full-time post (various hours can be considered)
Ninewells Hospital: Theatres and Critical Care
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Theatre Team within the operating departments in NHS Tayside. The post holder will work collaboratively to promote the delivery of evidence-based patient care.
The successful applicant will be based at the above-mentioned site but may be required to work at other locations within NHS Tayside as needed.
Applicants must have good communication skills, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, and be able to assess, plan, and implement care for perioperative patients.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC register or hold an equivalent qualification (HPC ODP NVQ Level 3 / Diploma) and show evidence of continuous professional development relevant to your experience.
