1. Work with the COO to develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy that aligns with FleetMilne’s growth ambitions.
2. Develop and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors and key stakeholders.
3. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure we maintain our competitive edge.
4. Own the full sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless client and customer journey.
5. Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes and hand over agreed sales to our Sales Progression team.
6. Position Birmingham as an attractive investment hub, leveraging market knowledge to sell not just properties but lifestyle and opportunity.
7. Work closely with developers, our sales progression team and key stakeholders to optimise sales strategies for new build projects.

1. Have proven experience in a senior sales role within the property sector.
2. Have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Are an exceptional negotiator and communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
