Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Hard Services Engineering Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Hard Services Engineering Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Hard Services Engineering Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and management of all hard services within the facilities team, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
3. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
4. Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
5. Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.
6. Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering Manager role.
2. Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems with excellent problem solving skills.
3. Good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
The position is site-based; however, you may be required to travel to other facilities within the contract as required.
