SEN Teaching Assistant - Blackburn
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a well-regarded school near Blackburn.
The successful candidate will be required to work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils, utilizing their skills and experience to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to pupils with SEN, adapting teaching strategies to meet their unique needs.

* Monitor and track pupil progress, reporting back to teachers and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly those with SEN.

* Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, providing a stable and nurturing environment for students.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in the UK education sector.
