and What You'll Be Doing
Working across our National Family team, you’ll work closely to assist the Support Services Team leader with the day-to-day management of the team PA’s supporting family fee earners across the department to ensure a high-quality service to the firm’s clients is delivered ensuring appropriate support resources, operational processes and effective business controls are in place, whilst continuously improving the quality of support provided to improve client and business outcomes. This includes the development and maintenance of appropriate processes (in-line with agreed department processes) that will improve service levels and cost-effectiveness, ensuring a high quality of support is provided to Family fee earners and clients. The Deputy Support Services Team Leader will have full line management responsibility and will be involved in onboarding new starters and training and coaching activities.
About You
1. Experience in a leadership role in some capacity is desirable
