EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR | TEMPORARY | LEEDS
I am working with a client to recruit a number of candidates on a temporary basis for 12 weeks.
The roles are hybrid, based in Leeds City Centre, offering a mix of remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments.
* Manage and organise documents and files.
* Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings.
* Handle correspondence and communication efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a similar role, with a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication is non-negotiable. Commitment to the full 12 weeks is also essential.
