SF Recruitment are partnering with a market leading business in their search for a Credit Controller to work for their award-winning organisation on a full time, permanent basis. Our client promotes growth and development with study support available. The ideal Credit Controller will have 3 or more years' experience within a similar position and have strong communication skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To manage and maintain credit control and any other outstanding debt, focusing on reducing the debt monthly.
2. Produce and send statements monthly for all outstanding debt and liaise with internal departments to resolve outstanding queries.
3. Assist in allocation of cash; ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner.
4. Minimise unallocated cash and share findings with management on a regular basis.
5. Monthly management information reporting for aged debt and unallocated cash.
6. Carry out month end duties including balance sheet reconciliations and journals.
7. Provide support to the team, wider business and external clients regarding general queries.
8. Ad hoc duties as required by management including providing support when colleagues are on annual leave/sickness and assisting in projects.
Job Details:
1. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
2. 35 hours per week.
3. Flexible work hours.
