Job summary West London NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and conscientious PMVA instructor at Broadmoor Hospital (High Secure Services) to join and work alongside the existing team of instructors on a full time basis in the PMVA department. Applicants must meet the criterion as defined within the West London NHS Trusts' Professional Code of Practice (PCP) for level one PMVA Instructors / Tutors. Applicants must be up to date with current PMVA teaching practices, in addition to both local and national guidance in relation to violence reduction including the reduction of restrictive practices. Main duties of the job Essential to this role is the ability to preserve the respect and dignity of service users and staff in relation to all aspects of PMVA interventions, acting as an ambassador for the PMVA Department and the Trust.
