Job Description
My client is a West End-based firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors, their expertise spans corporate and private clients.

Responsibilities as a Supervisor:
• Oversee Accounts Preparation: Manage all aspects of account preparation, including reviewing accounts files/financial statement disclosures, as well as supervising both offshore and in-house staff. • Guide and Support Team: Provide advice, feedback, and delegate tasks with clear instructions, monitoring workload. • Manage Workflow and Deadlines: Schedule jobs to ensure deadlines and targets are met. • Address Client Issues: Manage client problems and support team members with basic client matters. • Maintain Technical Expertise: Apply UK GAAP knowledge and develop skills through CPD. • Communicate and Resolve Issues: Highlight delivery issues, manage expectations with senior staff, and correspond with clients.
Qualifications and experience required:
• ACA/ACCA qualified• Professional practice experience • Previous experience with software packages including CaseWare Accounts, QuickBooks, XERO and SAGE
