Excellent Benefits Package As the Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and work as a key member of the electrical maintenance team, ensuring preventative and reactive maintenance within a heavy plant. Duties include: Ensuring PPMs throughout the heavy engineering plant are maintained to a high standard to maximise availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant machinery and to ensure the health & safety of all colleagues. Prompt response and resolutions to electrical breakdowns. Fault finding on PLCs and electrical installation work as required. Record all maintenance activity on the system and identify and source spares and equipment in a timely manner to reduce production down times. Coach, support, and assist with the training of maintenance apprentices. We are looking for a candidate with the following skills / qualifications / attributes: Electrical Maintenance Engineer qualified to HNC/City & Guilds/NVQ/Apprentice trained or equivalent, within electrical engineering maintenance. We are looking for Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineers with heavy engineering plant experience that have ideally worked with PLC’s and are 18th Edition qualified.
