Interested to know more? Here’s what we're looking for: Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer We’re seeking a Senior-level full-stack engineer with a deep understanding of scalable data systems. You’ll work with a recently transformed, fast-moving team to build and maintain data-driven applications, leveraging new technologies and skillsets in a dynamic environment that values innovation and effective delivery. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer ready to take ownership of full-stack projects, lead a small team, and maintain high code quality standards. You’ll work closely with the CTO on architectural decisions, team development practices, and have a direct impact on shaping our development ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: ● Deliver scalable data systems from end to end. ● Lead junior engineers by conducting code reviews, mentoring on best practices, and fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture. ● Collaborate with the CTO to define and implement architectural standards. ● Maintain and improve CI/CD workflows, testing practices, and system integration processes. Required Experience: Proficient in the following: ● 5 years of experience in full-stack development for scalable, production-level applications. ● Strong experience with TypeScript, Python, and React. ● Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). ● Testing experience with unit, integration, and UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright). ● Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab), and version control. ● Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desirable: ● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka for data processing and infrastructure management. ● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
