The role: Technical Designer – VR, Mobile & PC
Location: Leamington Spa (hybrid with a min. of 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £110k to £115k basic (PAYE, paid weekly, within IR35) + bens
Contract: 2-3 months, to start ASAP, with a strong possibility of extension
You MUST be fully clear to work in the UK without needing relocation/sponsorship
Are you a Technical Designer with a passion for crafting immersive gameplay experiences? We’re looking for a gameplay scripting expert to help drive the design, prototyping, and implementation of engaging content across VR, mobile, and PC.
🎮 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Design, script, and implement polished, reusable gameplay elements
• Prototype gameplay designs to illustrate and refine core concepts
• Oversee cross-platform playtesting, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve gameplay
• Generate detailed paper designs for stakeholder approval
• Work closely with teams to ensure seamless gameplay across different platforms
💡 What You Bring:
✔ 7+ years’ experience in gameplay scripting, technical design, or equivalent education
