Role:
The role forms part of a busy Estates team, who provide a maintenance service to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;
1. Carry out fire risk assessments
2. Provide advice on fire safety to various management roles
3. Carry out fire safety training to employees
4. Carry out fire audit and inspections
5. Liaison with Fire Service and assist with fire investigation
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
6. Significant experience within a Fire Safety specialist role
7. A relevant fire safety qualification
8. Up to date knowledge of fire safety legislation and risk assessments
