This is a fantastic opportunity for a Client Administrator for a fixed term contract for 14 months to support the Investment Management team including 3 Partners and 2 Investment Managers alongside 2 Client Administrators. This will involve supporting the team through their client book, handling enquiries and preparing documentation for meetings and processes in a timely manner. This role is on a fixed term contract for 14 months As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes. To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact. Assisting on processing deals with the supervision of the team Preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies
