Job Description
Supply Chain & Shipping Administrator (Office based working Monday to Friday 07:00 am-4:00 pm)
What you’ll be doing:
· Assist with planning, scheduling, and Air & Sea Exports
· Coordinating with suppliers
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with compliance standard
· Tracking and documenting all logistics activities
· Handling Shipping documentation and Commercial Invoices
What we are looking for:
Previous experience with scheduling and Exports
Able to multim-task
Some knowledge in working with 3PL
Proficiency in using computer software and systems for data analysis, reporting, inventory management, and maintenance tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
A solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
Experience with scheduling systems advantageous
A collaborative and communicative mindset.
Have experience in logistical warehouse and/or supply chain administrative activities
