Responsibilities Provide individualised support to students with SEN to boost their confidence and academic progress. Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver creative and engaging lessons. Promote a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Support the emotional and social well-being of students. Track and report on student progress to help meet their specific needs. Requirements A genuine passion for working with children with SEN. Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
