Employee Relations Manager £50,000-£55,000Nottingham – Hybrid Permanent Are you an established Employee Relations expert with experience delivering on complex cases in a matrix business structure? Do you have experience navigating the grey areas to provide pragmatic, commercial advice across a variety of ER issues? I am exclusively supporting a matrix organisation to source an ER Manager into their established ER team. The role will play a key role in delivering on a variety of employee relations processes including Restructures, TUPE, Redundancy, complex disciplinary and grievance processes etc. This is part of a wider ER team, supporting a very complex business so requires someone with experience navigating complex, large business structures. Also, if you have experience delivering on a similar role in a regulated or highly process driven business, this would be advantageous.
