Job Summary
This role is the most integral part of our team. You will work closely with director Tatjana von Stein, the US sales team, the French workshops and be the point of contact for all clients to ensure the smooth processing and production of all orders and running of the showroom. We are looking for a highly organised, efficient, charming new member to our team who can handle both client requests with elegance as well as efficiently manage and process the production.
The ideal candidate is sharp and proactive, highly organised and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on accuracy. Attention to detail, ability to use your initiative and to stay calm under pressure.
An enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude towards colleagues and clients, you have excellent manners and communication skills. Taking great pride in both your work is key, as is offering an elevated customer experience.
Sales project management
- Follow up on incoming sales enquiries, liaise with new leads, customers, agents and distributors
- Manage sales database and arrange showroom meetings for Tatjana
- Support our external sales team by processing leads and orders
- Process and follow up on quotes / invoices and proformas on our accounting system
- Process, manage and liaise with workshops and clients on all orders from start to finish
- Coordinate product deliveries: generating quotes, tracking the delivery, updating the clients
- Run weekly / quarterly / yearly reports on sales & pipeline
- Ensure the information in our CRM (Salesforce) is kept updated
- Work with Tatjana von Stein to generate new client meetings on her trips and in the UK
- Implement exceptional customer service via phone, face to face and email
- Grow our UK / EU customer base
World Class Customer Service and Operations
- Deliver world class customer service at all times
- Ensure best practices for issue resolution, returns, etc.
- Communicate feedback regarding service failures, customer concerns to corporate
- Ensure performance standards meet the goals of the company
Workshop coordination
- Liaise with workshops on all new enquiries and pricing requests
- Generate workshops’s POs and Invoices
- Track order productions from start to finish
- Point of contact for the workshops on all ongoing queries
Showroom / Studio management
- Oversee sample stock replenishment and general showroom supplies
- Ensure maintenance of the overall image of the Tatjana von Stein showroom
- Manage and maintain team sample department for the interiors team
- Oversee general showroom supplies
- Organise sample requests from clients and oversee sample stock replenishments
- Responsible of all showroom activities – preparing for client meetings
- Support all showroom and external events and shows!
- Support Tatjana’s travel arrangements
PA to Tatjana
- Tatjana’s diary and travel management
* Managing and preparing complex travel itineraries, e.g., Milan Saloni and personal trips
* Assisting in any organisational / admin tasks

Must have’s
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience of sales support
- Experience in the Interior / Art or Design industry
- French speaking would be fantastic
- Great interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation abilities
- An outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills
- Good project management
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and an understanding of a CRM/sales systems, ideally Salesforce
