The Role
* Attend and undertake servicing of security systems, access, IP CCTV and VMS Platforms
* Attend sites and undertake reactive fault-finding visits and maintenance of installed products
* Understand specifications, drawings and design standards to ensure the systems are installed to the clients brief and standard
* Solution finding and problem-solving mentality and methodology
* Meet deadlines including predefined target times, first fix dates and PMV dates
* Communicate clearly and concisely with the service team and management regarding customer issues or site problems
* Carry out all paperwork and electronic reporting to the service team promptly
* Present a professional appearance at all times
* Active team member of on call service rota
* Commercial awareness to ensure the job is delivered within the timescale allocated

Requirements:
* Experience in servicing of security alarm systems, CCTV and Access
* PMV delivery of inspections
* Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in security alarm systems
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Knowledge of Galaxy Intruder, IP CCTV & Access Control systems
* Pacom equipment knowledge would be advantageous
* Understanding of service delivery and current standards
