About the Role As our Curriculum Quality Lead, you will drive the strategic development and continuous improvement of our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with our learning philosophy and the evolving needs of our business and colleagues. You will harness data-driven insights to design engaging, and accessible learning experiences that support all colleagues, eliminating any barriers to learning and fostering success. You will lead the design of new courses and the enhancement of existing ones, overseeing the implementation and continuous improvement of the curriculum. An essential part of the role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategies that drive improvements in curriculum delivery and learner outcomes. Additionally, you will support the adoption of best practice and strive for optimal outcome across the business. Role Criteria: A good standard of general education, including English & Maths A recognised teaching qualification Strong background in implementing and managing quality assurance & continuous improvement processes Proven track record of delivering against external accreditation requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage and influence at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Understanding of learner diversity and inclusive teaching practices Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and trends Experience with LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred) We are looking for someone who can make an impact, shape the future of our learning and empower diverse learners.
