Our client is a small but growing business based in St. Neots, specialising in Audio Visual design, supply, installation services, and media solutions for businesses across the UK and internationally. Following a recent acquisition of a similar business, they are now looking to expand their team.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Previous accounts experience and proficiency with Xero
* Experience working with companies offering recurring billing or Software as a Service (SaaS) products
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
What will your role look like?
As the Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* General accounts administration and data input
* Accounts reconciliation
* VAT preparation
* Weekly and monthly financial reports
* Basic forecasting
* Banking payments
* Responding to customer account queries
