Service Desk Coordinator (Temp to Perm)
Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for customer service and administrative strength? We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to proactively manage customer needs, expectations, and requirements, ensuring service level agreements are met and maximising opportunities to increase business revenues.
Service Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service, including handling enquiries, order progression, quotations, billing, and issue resolution.
* Liaising daily with management, team leaders, and operational staff.
* Overseeing projects on and off-site and developing strong relationships with key customers and internal staff.
* Acting as a key point of escalation for day-to-day issues, ensuring operational procedures are followed to maintain current accreditations.
* Maintaining high levels of security awareness and promoting health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Service Desk Coordinator Requirements:
* Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload management.
