Marketing Manager at BiteSize Learning Help power our growth by leading marketing for one of the UK's most exciting specialist training providers. This is a key individual contributor role in our small but mighty remote team. About BiteSIze Learning We deliver focused, expert-led training courses that help people work together better. Through live two-hour sessions, we help organisations develop their people's skills in management, communication, effectiveness, and sales, as well as enhancing remote collaboration, wellbeing and inclusion. We're trusted by major companies in finance, tech, and professional services, as well as organisations within government and the non-profit sector - but we're still small enough to be nimble and human in how we work. About the Marketing Manager role This is a hands-on position where you'll personally own and execute our marketing strategy. You'll need to be someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering projects beginning-to-end, from strategy through to implementation. While you'll collaborate closely with the team, this isn't a people manager role (yet) - it's about being a skilled marketing practitioner who can work accurately and autonomously. What you'll do Own and execute our marketing strategy from start to finish Personally create compelling content that speaks directly to L&D and HR decision-makers Handle the day-to-day management of our SEO, content, and digital presence Design, build, and run campaigns that generate quality leads Build relationships with training and L&D communities Work with our sales and customer success team, using them for customer insight to inspire your marketing, and providing them with assets to improve close rate Work with our product team, turning marketing insights into improvements to our training offering, and developing marketing strategy for new products and services What we're looking for B2B marketing experience – experience in reaching HR or L&D buyers is a bonus Strong hands-on digital marketing skills - you can execute across content, SEO, and other campaigns Clear, engaging writing ability - you know how to speak human Data-driven approach to measuring and improving marketing performance Self-starter mindset - you thrive working independently and delivering projects solo During the recruitment process we’ll want to see examples of your previous work, and you’ll need to be able to talk articulately about how you accomplished the project, the results you got, and how this might apply to our company.
