Impact: The Events & Project Manager plays a vital role in overseeing campaigns and events that enhance the company's brands, elevating AEI Music's presence through strategic partnerships, events and project execution. They manage timelines for various projects and lead the planning, curation and implementation of events that are representative of these brands. They ensure strong relationships are maintained with key stakeholders such as promoters, agents, managers and artists. Their work is essential for promoting the company’s strategic goals and increasing brand visibility across the likes of UKF, Drum&BassArena and SubSoul. Behaviours: T his role requires strong project management skills, including the ability to provide updates to internal stakeholders. Attention to detail is important when overseeing multifaceted campaigns from ideation to sale. The Events & Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events including club shows, festival stages, artist showcases, release launches and pop-up events, all requiring careful collaboration with the brands to ensure the creative vision and fan experience is realised while maintaining financial oversight. They must communicate effectively, both in assigning tasks and in fostering relationships with external partners and the wider team. A solid understanding of the company’s brand strategy is essential to align events, content, and merchandise with wider marketing goals. Skills & Knowledge: The candidate should have a minimum of three years' experience in live events, covering everything from club shows to festival stages, alongside at least three years of project management experience with diverse projects and teams. They must demonstrate proven ability in managing event budgets, ensuring financial constraints are met while effectively communicating with all stakeholders. Experience in negotiating contracts and performance terms is essential, as well as strong relationships with agents and managers in electronic music, preferably with knowledge of UKF, Drum&BassArena, and their artist rosters. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing project teams that include freelancers and contractors and a good understanding of merchandise campaigns, from product ideation to point of sale and how they fit within the live event ecosystem. Additionally, they should be knowledgeable about how online content strategy aligns with live events and the opportunities available before and after events. Finally, the candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator with strong creative problem-solving skills.
