The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Manager will focus on, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities
Provide ‘day to day’ assistance and support to the Director and Team; coordinating correspondence, proactive/accurate management of diaries and monitoring meeting actions
Organise and attend Director’s Meetings, to include preparation of agendas and other documentation to support these meetings
Provide administrative support in the submission of expenses etc.
Support in the organisation of company and client meetings / events both on and offsite
Own all travel management; coordinating and booking travel requirements to include trains, flights, cars, and accommodation
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ideally Business degree
Active listening skill
Excellent communication skills are essential. IT skills are also essential, particularly in MS Office.
The successful candidate must be: well presented, clear, concise, confident and very well organized.
Other key characteristics are results orientated, flexible and capable under pressure.
