We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic SEMH Sports Coach to join a forward-thinking team in Leyland. Role Overview: Location: Leyland, Lancashire Contract: 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity Start Date: January 2025 Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and structured sports sessions tailored to students with SEMH needs. Build positive relationships with students to support their emotional well-being and behavioural development. Work collaboratively with the school team to implement effective strategies for managing challenging behaviour. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes confidence and participation. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a school or youth support setting, ideally working with children with SEMH or SEN. Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and building rapport with young people.
