Customer Services Advisor - 30 hours per week
Working shifts 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday with occasional cover until 5pm on rotational basis. Includes working from home between Christmas and New Year.

As a customer service advisor you will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries and complaints via phone, face to face, email, webchat and social media in a professional and timely manner.
You will be part of a diverse team, answering customer enquiries about a range of services within the council. You will ensure that the council’s visions, values and policies are adhered to at all times. You will need to be resilient, have excellent customer service. and communication skills and the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver this in a professional and conscientious manner, with a high regard for quality at all times.
Full training will be provided but knowledge of customer service and a contact centre setting will be an advantage.
This is a hybrid role so once trained you will be working approximately 40% of your time from home.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
