About the Role: As a General Operative you will be working alongside our clearance team and Exeter city Council providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. A General Operative with our Exeter branch. You will be out supporting residents with planned repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route assisting our Clearance team assisting a qualified plasterer in their day to day duties. You will also be Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service, and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. Role Criteria: Previous labouring experience Good Customer Service Ability to use PDA Manual handling Knowledge of health and safety Ideally would hold a driving licence but not mandatory All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
