We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to support high-growth hiring needs across the EMEA region. This role plays a key part in scaling recruitment efforts for a leading global tech business, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across EMEA, from intake to offer
2. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and provide consultative guidance throughout the process
3. Execute creative and data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top, diverse talent
4. Build strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs
5. Ensure a high-quality candidate journey through consistent communication and thoughtful engagement
6. Track and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
7. Handle multiple requisitions with efficiency and attention to detail
8. Prioritize and fill business-critical roles
