Remote Board Secretary A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented company secretary/board support professional to support its Company Secretariat team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of governance processes, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. The position can be performed largely remotely, though occasional access to London or Kent would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Assist with maintaining the legal entity management system and statutory records. Prepare and file documents with Companies House, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Support board meeting administration, including scheduling and document preparation. Handle company correspondence, KYC requests, and audit information. Manage the shared Company Secretariat inbox and support team meetings. Key Skills & Experience: Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience in company secretarial functions or governance (desirable). Knowledge of statutory compliance and the Companies Act 2006 (advantageous).
