SF are thrilled to be working with a growing manufacturing business in Redditch who are on the look out for a HR Coordinator to come and join their brilliant team on an interim basis.
We are looking for someone to come and play a crucial part in the development of this business, someone who is experienced within SME's and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved. This role will have a level of payroll incorporated, however is not payroll heavy.
You will be able to get involved in project work, lower level ER cases, supporting SLT teams with day to day HR queries and general coordination of the HR function.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with the Head of finance and outsource payroll team.
2. Supporting senior management in all aspects of HR including ER cases.
3. Prepare staff contracts, JD's and offer letters for staff.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the business both internally and externally.
5. Support with the L&D for the staff.
We are looking for someone who holds an understanding of HR best practice, CIPD or working towards it, someone with excellent communication skills and someone who has a creative and proactive mindset who is confident to work independently.
