Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed in Newark - Primary School
Protocol Education is excited to announce opportunities for dedicated and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join primary schools in Newark. These are full-time, temporary-to-permanent roles, offering an excellent opportunity to support children’s learning and development in a vibrant and rewarding educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils, both inside and outside the classroom.
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Helping to track and monitor pupils’ progress and report any concerns.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
* Encouraging student independence and promoting social and emotional well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Experience working with primary school-aged children, ideally within a classroom setting.
* A passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.
